I want you to love the products you get here and will work with you if you are not satisfied. I hope to make any return process a walk in the park for both of us. 

First Step in the Return Process

First step - please contact me to discuss your concerns and we'll determine the best approach from there. I'm a solo owner and work with a printing company to create your order, and there are a couple of ways the return process can work. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

If it's a problem with the printing quality you will return the items directly to them and I'll provide the correct return address after notifying them. You will need to pay for the return shipping. Any replacement would be provided after the return is completed. 

If you are not satisfied with the item for some other reason - you don't like the design or color or it's the wrong size, please contact me. Since each item is printed specifically for your order, a separate replacement order would need to be completed in addition to returning the unwanted item to me for a refund. 

I will gladly accept items that you don't like for return or exchange if the merchandise is in original condition (unworn and unwashed) for a refund of the merchandise price you paid (less applicable shipping charges) within 30 days of the shipped date. To complete your return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once you contact me and we've agreed to a return I'll provide you with the return address.


Once your return is received and inspected, I'll send you an email to notify you that I received your returned item. I'll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a five business days of receipt if not sooner.

Returns will be processed as they are received, if you would like to exchange an item please complete the return and re-order.  As items are made-to-order exchanges will need to be re-ordered.

If you haven’t received a refund within five business days of receiving an email notifying you of the return, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
 - Books or notebooks with obvious signs of use
 - Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to my error.
 - Any item that is returned more than 30 days after shipping date. 


Please email me if you need to exchange a purchase. The process is the same as outlined under the Return section on this page - you will need to return the original item, in original condition, and then we'll do re-order the replacement item. The production and shipping times will be the same as for the original item.

I will provide the address so you can send me the exchange after we've talked or emailed about it. You will be responsible for the shipping costs to me for the exchange. 


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and she will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. It is not possible for me to guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
