Below you'll find some frequently asked questions (FAQs) to help you. If you still need some help just Contact me.

How long does it take to get my order?

Once you place your order it's sent immediately to the printing companies I work with. Everything is printed specifically for your order.

Once they start the order it takes 3-10 business days to complete the printing, check it for quality, and prepare the order for shipping. Different items have different printing speeds - 3-7 business days for shirts; 5-10 for goodie bags, and 3-7 for mugs. The average is closer to 3 but it can take 10 days - so a general rule of thumb is 1-2 weeks for printing. Holiday orders will take longer, nearer the 7-10 day mark.

Then shipping is the final step, and I've provided a range of shipping options to fit your budget and schedule. Check out more details on shipping here

Who are the companies you work with?

I have a working agreement with Printful, a print on demand company with facilities in the U.S. and Europe so items can be printed and shipped in the locations where most of my orders come from. They in turn partner with several manufacturers for their products.

I also work with a Canadian company, Art of Where.

Fabric for the shirts is generally woven in Central America or the U.S., with printing done in facilities in the U.S. or Europe.

Mugs are made in China with printing in the U.S.

Corporate environmental and social responsibility is important to me and I looked into it for Printful and Art of Where as well as their partner companies.

Corporate Responsibility and Suppliers

One of the reasons I'm starting with only a few types of items is because I've been able to research the providers so I feel good about what I'm creating.

You can find out more detail on the company corporate responsibility programs here:

Art of Where produces all items in their studio in Montreal and their fabrics are manufactured in Montreal as well.  All of the Goodie Bags  and Notebooks come from Art of Where.

Most of my products are made by Bella + Canvas or American Apparel. I will continue to pay attention to the supply chain, manufacturing and distribution systems of the companies I work with.

I've been an environmental scientist for 32 years and continue to focus on sustainable environmental and social practices every day.

What about returns?

Returns are handled in a couple of ways, dependent upon what's not perfect. I'm a solo act on this shop and I want you to love what I've created for you, so there's always a way to work things out. Find out more here

I'd love a new design - different style or something different.

Love a phrase but want a different style? Have an event (family reunion, book club, etc) and you'd like to talk about a new design or bulk orders? Please reach out on the Contact page.  I'd love to co-create something with you.

Will you be offering more items in the future?

Yes - I'm making sure things are working well with this first limited run of items.

I will be sharing some mini Spirit Spa courses (designed to be done in a weekend) for a range of things - those will come soon. For now you can find these courses on my main website - JulesApollo.com.
